How To Deal With The Circular Saw Blade Not Used For The Time Being
Jun 10, 2021
The circular saw blades that are not used for the time being should be hung vertically, and should not be placed horizontally for a long time. The objects should not be piled on them. The blade should be maintained and should not be collided. High speed hacksaw blade milling cutter, commonly referred to as saw blade milling cutter, cutting edge on the outer circumference, is used for blanking or processing narrow groove. It is a kind of milling cutter with gear shape structure, which can cut stainless steel, iron pipe, copper pipe, aluminum pipe, non-metallic pipe, plate and other materials under high speed rotation. It is not only a saw blade but also a milling cutter, which belongs to both products.
Compared with traditional saw blade, alloy saw blade is commonly used in wood products processing. The quality of tooth alloy saw blade is closely related to the quality of processed products. The correct selection of alloy saw blade is of great significance for product quality, shortening processing cycle and reducing processing cost. Alloy saw blade contains many parameters, such as the type of alloy head, material of matrix, diameter, number of teeth, thickness, tooth shape, angle, aperture and so on. These parameters determine the processing capacity and cutting performance of the saw blade. The selection of saw blade should be based on the type, thickness, cutting speed, cutting direction, feeding speed and cutting path width of the cutting data. Most of the existing alloy saw blades adopt the structure of densely distributed teeth, and the number of teeth is large and densely distributed. Too densely distributed teeth lead to too small contact area between the saw blade matrix and each alloy blade, and it is easy to crack the saw blade when encountering hard objects, which greatly shortens the service life of the saw blade.
The tooth alloy is finished by fine powder in high pressure, and the sintering temperature is 1200 ℃. Now the welding of alloy saw blade is inclined to low temperature welding. Objective to ensure that the metallographic structure is not damaged during welding, and the welding temperature should not be higher than 750 ℃. When welding teeth, pay attention to whether there is carbide in the alloy, keep the alloy clean, do not have dust around or constant temperature in the workshop, do not allow rust spots or oxides in the tooth seat, the flux should not be too thick or too thin, adjusted to paste, granular flux can not be used.
Then the work of the band saw blade and the sawing machine will stop intermittently, and the teeth will collapse easily. Fifthly, some small parts of the sawing machine may be damaged because the sawing machine has been used for a long time, resulting in the operation of the sawing machine is not smooth, simple problems, then it will also affect the bimetallic saw blade tooth collapse. Secondly, in the selection time, the improper selection of bimetal saw blade pitch also leads to the failure of tooth collapse. If the user cuts the data at will, no matter whether it is solid or hollow, and no matter what kind of pitch the data is suitable for, then the teeth will collapse.
