The use of as large flange as possible can make the saw blade work more stable, the flange plate of internal and external rings should be the same, flange plate size is 2/3 of the diameter of saw blade.
The saw cutter shall idle for 30 seconds after the device is stable, and start cutting after confirming all the normal conditions.
When the blade is installed, the flange nut must be properly tightened, the excessive loose saw blade will slip during rotary cutting, and the over tightening saw blade will have internal damage or deformation to affect the cutting effect.
To cool water or oil, check whether the coolant spray mechanism is in normal operation and the general requirements are cooled before processing,
Before cutting, it is necessary for the operator to take protective articles (protective glasses, dust mask, safety helmet and protective gloves) and check whether the saw machine protective cover is in good condition.
It is necessary to remove the resin, debris and other debris gathered on the side of saw teeth and saw plate frequently, because the adhesion will accumulate continuously, which will increase the resistance, and form high energy consumption (in the extreme condition, the burning of machine motor) and rough cutting quality will be formed. If one blade is blunt, it may cause damage to serration.
If the noise becomes larger during the application of saw blade milling cutter, the processing shall be stopped immediately to check the wear condition of the blade tip. If the saw blade milling cutter is used beyond its service life, it will form a crack.
Corrosive solvent shall be avoided during cleaning. If the saw blade is not used for a long time, the blade shall be cleaned and ground. After oil is applied for rust prevention treatment, it shall be placed in the original carton and placed properly.
