The track of saw blade normal?

There is something wrong with the saw blade , such as abnormal sound , swing , pause phenomenon when working . Why ? How to slove the saw blade problem quickly ? As usual ,the said problems indicate the track of saw blade is abnormal .And it could be analyzed from below aspects of the saw blade ,equipment, ilubrication,material and so on .

Firstly , the spindle accuracy stability is the key point to the equipment . The track of saw blade will be not straight when the spindle accuracy is not more than 0.02mm. Then the problem of abnormal sound of saw blade and the phenomenon of delflection will become more serious .

So the spindle need to be used when there is something wrong with the spindle.

Second the saw blade feed position is not correct . Generally ,the saw blade rotating firstly and then touch the material that need to be cutted, which will be reasonable . So it is very important to set the parameters. The suitable saw blade need to be quipped . While the feed speed cannot be too fast at the same. Otherwise it will accelerate the impact of the saw blades to cut the material and the noise of saw blade will be loudly.

Also there are some certain requirpments for the straightness and smoothness of the material. It is impossible to use the material with bad straightness to match the cutting accuracy tolerance. I is inevitable that saw blade incur the abnormal sound , swing , pause phenomenon . Of course the problem is rare but nip in the bud. 

Lastly the oil lubrication is also the important factor. The material is metal but also saw blade is metal . The heat produced by friction at high temperature will increase the wear of the saw blade. Then we need to use lubricant as bride to reduce the temperature of the saw blade so that the sawing work could achieve the desired smoothness of the surface
