How to deal with the carbide saw blade problems?

TCT saw blade is the circular saw blade . And there will be some problesm when using it, such as fracture, sawing quality reduction, short service life . So how should we deal with the saw blade problems?

So we need to analyze the root cause of the problem . Then we could solve the problem much more effectively .

1. Replacement and installation of saw blade

The staff installed the saw blade but they doot check . And maybe the installation is not correct , such as loose phenomenon, screws not twist tight, some even no clear direction,. They will affect the use effect and its life!

2 . Model specifications are not valued.

Different material and equipment will have cooresponding saw blade . And we donot mix when using it . It is much better to store it separately based on different modles . And different saw blade cannot be placed closely .

3. Equipment problems

There will be some small problems If the equipment has not been maintained for a long time. And they will affect the coordination between the saw blades and other parts. So it is necessary to maintain and inspect the equipment. Also it will cause the alloy piece damage and equipment instability.if the ammeter is not set correctly, 

4. Cleaning work is not in place

We should clean the equipment when start the machine or close it. it is very easy and is bound to cause the phenomenon of tooth collapse if there is a small iron in the carbide saw blade serrated part is not cleared.

5 Too fast speed.

There is a certain range of provisions for any kind of saw blade when cutting material . It will easily cause damage if more than this provision . There are relevant speed regulation for different equipment and materials.So pls do not rush to adjust the speed unless you feel that the carbide saw blade cutting cost is too low.

6 Materials are not cleaned.

It is very unwise when materials into the factory will directly cut processing at the most of time. Cut down a tree to axe, which believe everyone understand this truth . Surface must be clear for the material .It will increase the friction force of alloy saw blade if directly cut off,especially concave and convex phenomenon, this is the worst!

7 The continuous working time is too long

There are many enterprises will have a bad habit,which the saw blade cannot be replaced until the service life . It is recommended to be replaced when half of the use and take turns to use. Then the efficiency of saw blade will be better.
