The basic requirements

1. Select an appropriate saw blade according to the design requirements of the equipment.

2. The equipment should be equipped with safety protection device, such as: protective cover, power off brake, overload protection, etc.

3. Professional operators should be installed and used, and wear labor clothing, protective goggles, ear muffs, etc.

4. Operators should not wear gloves, long hair should be placed in the working cap, and pay attention to ties and cuffs to prevent danger.

5. Keep away from fire and damp environment.

Installation requirements

1, the equipment is in good condition, the spindle has no deformation, no diameter jump, solid installation and fixation, no vibration and so on.

2. Check whether the saw blade is damaged, whether the tooth type is complete, whether the saw plate is smooth and clean, and whether there are other abnormal phenomena to ensure the safety of use.

3. During assembly, ensure that the arrow direction of the saw blade is consistent with the rotation direction of the equipment spindle.

4. When installing the saw blade, keep the shaft, chuck and flange clean. The inner diameter of the flange is consistent with the inner diameter of the saw blade. Flange size should be appropriate, the outer diameter should not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade.

5, before the equipment starts, under the condition of ensuring safety, there is a single person to operate the equipment, point idle, check whether the equipment is turning correctly, there is no vibration, saw blade installed after idling for a few minutes, no slip, swing or jump after the normal work.

Use requirement

1, when working, the workpiece should be fixed, profile positioning in line with the direction of the knife, so as not to cause abnormal cutting, do not apply side pressure or curve cutting, feeding to smooth, avoid the blade impact contact workpiece, resulting in damage to the saw blade, or workpiece fly out, accidents.

2. When working, abnormal sound and vibration, rough cutting surface, or peculiar smell are found, the operation must be immediately terminated, timely inspection, troubleshooting to avoid accidents.

3, at the beginning of cutting and stop cutting, do not feed too fast, to avoid causing broken teeth and damage.

4, if cutting aluminum alloy or other metals, to use special cooling lubricant, to prevent overheating saw blade, paste teeth, and other damage, affecting the cutting quality.

5, the equipment chute and slag suction device to ensure smooth, to prevent slag accumulation into blocks, affecting production and safety.

6, dry cutting, please do not cut continuously for a long time, so as not to affect the service life of the saw blade and cutting effect; Wet cutting, water should be added to cut, beware of leakage.
