1. check the surface smoothness of the base, use plug gauge for saw blade hole detection, or visually see whether the hole has a complete touch surface compared with the knife. Use the knife edge ruler to detect the flatness or wave shape and pot shape of the saw blade, and use the end skip to detect the end jump, whether the tooth base has oxide or burr, and use the hardness tester to detect the hardness uniformity, appearance rust spot and other targets.
2. check the fluidity and welding strength of welding wire. The welding burn oxide should not exceed the undercut. The deviation of the welding tooth alloy shall not be exceeded. The width of the alloy between the bottom of the rear corner and the base shall not be less than 1.2mm according to the alloy width. If there is any crack, it is against any pressure to detect the welding strength of the alloy.
2. the grinding tooth detection grinding plane a and B are suitable for flat touch with a back gauge on the second side of the grinding plane. The back and front corners of the side are suitable for the touch of the dial point. The table shows how much depends on the alloy thickness. Only the tooth thickness can be viewed. However, most of the pot or wave patterns of the saw blade must have parameter difference. If the grinding wheel trace is obviously seen, the durability of the cutter must be poor, and two cutter faces cannot be seen. Accurate inspection still needs to be finished before the angle is true. For the rear angle inspection, the arc or obvious grinding wheel trace is not allowed at the back corner or back edge angle. When the left and right teeth are in the same diameter jump, the left high, right high and left low are not allowed. Generally, the diameter jumper is used to detect. When the main cutting edge is viewed with naked eyes, no white line is allowed to be seen on the human body. When the hand feels, dolly is used to detect the obvious edge belt clearly by the visual instrument. The front or front corner lubricating grinding wheel is fully touched, without two blades. The front corner of grinding in China is still hand-driven or mechanical automata.
