2. The effect of grinding structure on grinding teeth. The grinding quality of alloy circular saw blade is based on the structure and assembly of the machine. At present, there are about two types of models in the market: the first is German fulmo type. This type adopts vertical grinding pin, and all advantages are hydraulic stepless movement. V-guide rail and ball screw are selected for all feeding systems. The grinding head or big arm selects the feed to slow in, the tool is retreated quickly, the cylinder adjusting center of the clamp is sensitive and reliable, the tooth is precisely positioned, the positioning center of the saw blade is strong and automatic centering, the viewpoint is adjusted arbitrarily, the cooling and flushing is reasonable, and the man-machine interface is completed, The precision of grinding pin is high, and the reasonable plan of pure grinding machine is reasonable; The second type is horizontal, such as Taiwan Japanese model, the mechanical transmission has poor sliding precision of gear and mechanical clearance, low smooth function of clamping plate, great difficulty in adjusting the center of support plate, poor organization or reliability of tooth drawing, and grinding of two sides and left and right rear corners of plane without one center grinding, which makes it difficult to ensure accuracy due to large error, difficult view point control and mechanical wear.

3. Welding elements. When welding, the alloy has a large degree of error, which affects the grinding accuracy. The grinding head is under pressure on one side, while the pressure is small while the back angle is also caused by the above factors. The welding viewpoint is poor, and the factors cannot be avoided by human being, which can not evade the influence on grinding wheel and other factors.

4. The influence of grinding wheel quality and particle size width. When grinding alloy sheet with grinding wheel, pay attention to the grinding wheel size, and the grinding wheel trace will occur when the particles are too coarse. The grinding wheel is easy to block the grinding quantity and burn knife easily if the grinding wheel is fine. The diameter and thickness of grinding wheel are determined according to the alloy length and width or the different tooth shape and alloy surface. If not one rear angle or front angle wheel can be arbitrarily grinded with different tooth shapes, it must be targeted to select the suitable grinding wheel.

5. Feed speed of grinding head. The grinding quality of alloy saw blade is completely determined by the feed speed of grinding head. Generally, the feed speed of alloy circular saw blade can not exceed this value from 0.5 to 6 mm / s. that is, the feed speed of 20 teeth per minute should be within 20 teeth per minute, and the feed speed of 20 teeth per minute is too large, severe tool tumor or alloy burning will occur. The convex concave surface of grinding wheel will affect the grinding accuracy and waste grinding wheel

6. The feed rate of grinding head, the choice of grinding wheel particle size has an extremely important meaning to the feed amount. Generally, the grinding wheel is recommended to select 240 to 280 for 180 to 240 extreme quantity, and 280 to 320 is not selected, otherwise, feed speed shall be adjusted.

7. Grinding the core. All saw blade grinding should be centered on the base, not with the knife edge. The plane grinding center cannot be taken out, and the machining center of the back angle and front corner cannot grind a saw blade well. The core of the saw blade in three processes cannot be ignored. When grinding the side angle, the thickness of alloy is carefully observed, and the grinding center of different thickness is changed accordingly. No matter the thickness of alloy, the grinding wheel core line should be kept in a straight line with the welding position during grinding, otherwise, the difference of view will affect the cutting.

8. The tooth drawing tissue can not be ignored. No matter what the structure of any gear grinder, the accuracy planning of tooth drawing coordinate is planned to the quality of grinding tool. When adjusting the machine, the drawing needle is pressed in the reasonable position of the tooth surface, and not moving is also extremely critical. When the tooth is withdrawn, the tooth claw shall be sensitive and reliable.

9. Clip tissue: the clip is solid and stable, and is the primary part of the quality of the grinding tool. When grinding any knife, the clip organization can not be loosened at all, otherwise the grinding error is out of control.

10. Grinding stroke. No matter where the saw blade is grinding, grinding stroke of grinding head is very important. Generally, it is advisable to require grinding wheel to exceed 1mm or withdraw from the workpiece by 1mm, otherwise, two-sided blade will occur on the tooth surface.

11. Procedure selection: the grinding knife is generally set with three different procedures: coarse, fine and grinding. It is selected according to the product requirements. The precise grinding procedure is recommended when the front corner is finally grinding.

12. The grinding fluid is the key to the grinding fluid. During grinding, there are many tungsten ridges and diamond grinding wheel powder. If the surface of the tool is not washed and the hole of the grinding wheel is not washed in time, the surface grinding tool can not be polished out of the finish, and alloy will be burned if the cooling is not satisfied.
