The use and maintain of the TCT Saw Blade 

1 The carbide tip of saw blade is very sharp . So process of using must be prevent the carbide tip.

2 Periodical cleaning and support the machine , the spindle’s running tolerance must be less than 7 hours . 

3 The flanges must be paralle to each other,must be of the same diameter 1/3 of the saw blade’s diameter(formulti-rip saw blade is 1/2)

4 When installion the saw blade ,it shall be 5-6 teeth higher than board surface. 

5 Before operation ,check the firmly of the saw blade. Be sure nobody in front of the machine . Donot feed of operation check whether the machine if good for operation. Periodical check the function of the machine. The certical jump is less than ±0.02mm, and the flap is less than ±0.01.

6 After continuous use , much be removed and cleaning the saw blade,get rid of the resin and sawdust of the saw blade of both sides.Otherwise it would be beinfluence the effect of using the saw blade. 

7 Deposit of the saw blade must not e layer the saw blade. It is putted in the original package inside.

The renovate of the saw blade 

1 The renovate of the carbide saw blade while it no longer sharpen and the horizontal piece coarseaess. 

  The power of using saw blade machine obviously increase.

  When process material, the material appeared burst.

  The carbide tip exhaust more than 0.02mm.

2 For the renovate the saw blade , it should be grinding by the fomal company. So be sure the quality the saw blade after renovating.
