1. New saw blade test operation.

In order to prolong the service life, the metal circular saw machine (new unused blades or each grinding) has a richer running in process. It is necessary to reduce the feed speed after the first minute of incision operation.

2. Cutting feed speed.

The cutting speed depends on the resistance of the section and the workpiece. In hard cutting, high resistance of stainless steel data, slow speed, is beneficial to the progress of life blade, for some types of iron, relatively low resistance, blade rotation speed can advance accordingly.

3. Grind the saw blade timely and accurately. To maintain the working conditions of the blade, such as vibration, abnormal sound, surface feeding conditions, it is necessary to prevent and adjust in time, grinding sharp stick. Timely and correct grinding of saw blade to give full play to the power of saw blade.

4. Take proper coolant.

Because of the high temperature during cutting, the saw blade is likely to deform without coolant. It not only affects the service life of the saw blade, and the sawing effect is not ideal. So, please add coolant.

5. Look, so you can roughly distinguish between the sawdust condition and the current power you see.

1) It is a very fine powder or sawdust, indicating that the cutting pressure is too small.

2) Thick softwood chips indicate cutting overload.

3) Helix filament long sawdust, said in good condition.

4) Assuming that the feed rate is increased, the coarse teeth should be selected accordingly.
