In general, it should choose ATB teeth for cutting chipboard and MDF. For cutting plaster panel and firewood, we normally choose TP teeth (flat teeth, trapezoidal teeth combination).The outer diameter of the saw blade is mostly 300-350mm, the thickness of saw blade is subject to the diameter. For diameter of 250-300mm, the thickness is 3.2mm; the diameter of 350mm, the thickness is above 3.5mm.
Due to cutting result, pane saw blade is used with large diameter and thickness, diameter is about 350-450mm, thickness is between 4.0—4.8mm.Use more TP teeth to reduce collapsing edges and saw marks.
TCT saw blade of wood is usually made by ATB teeth, because the combination has large front angles, the sharp static fiber tissue can be cut off and the kerf is clean.For scoring saw blade, it is used with flat teeth or ATB and flat teeth combinations. If the hardness is not enough, it will be easy to deform, and it will be untenable in the process of use.
Hardness in the large force and impact toughness is lower.But alloy saw pieces used for carpentry,  it is not also enough to make just break that strength.In the process of use, the saw blade adjustment rotation, it has to transfer the cutting force, but also to maintain the working stability.
Excellent saw blades not only have static geometric size and accuracy, but more importantly, its dynamic properties.When the sawing blade is cut continuously, the heat generated by the alloy sawtooth cutting will be transmitted to the substrate, increasing the temperature of the substrate. The high-quality substrate can also maintain the position accuracy in this case, and only the poor sawblade will warp the substrate, affecting the sawing accuracy.
Appearance processing accuracy is important, but the uniformity of the saw material, the saw heating process may cause the uncertainty in heat and high speed operation.The saw body material is not uniform, its internal thermal expansion coefficient is not uniform, the heat deformation is uneven, resulting in uneven deformation this is a greater impact on the high-speed operation of the saw body.
Therefore, in the next production process, the temperature increase has a great impact on the work of the saw blade, and the coolant may be much better when in use.
