6. The saw teeth of alloy saw blades are super hard and sharp. No collision or drop to the ground, and it must be put lightly.
7. After installing the alloy saw blade, make sure whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed to the flange of the saw platform. The washer must be covered when there is a washer; then gently push the saw blade with your hand to confirm whether the saw blade is eccentric.The diameter of the flange plate should be compatible with the saw blade, the size should be 1 / 3 of the saw blade diameter slightly larger, the thin blade should be 1 / 2 saw blade diameter flange plate, saw cutting effect is better;
8. The cutting direction indicated by the alloy saw blade arrow must be aligned with the direction of the saw blade rotation.Never install the opposite direction, the wrong direction will cause tooth loss.
9. Pre-turn time: after replacing the alloy saw blade, pre-turn for one minute before use to make the cutting only when the saw platform enters the working state.
10. When the saw blade is used for many times, the sawtooth of the saw blade should be cleaned, and the resin, wood chips and other debris attached to both sides of the sawdust should be removed, otherwise it will have a greater impact on the processing effect of the sawblade;
